Pilates Cadillac Workout augments spring-based Tower work with mat work to challenge and strengthen the entire body and are specially designed for small groups. Cadillac can offer a range of exercises by utilizing the push-through bar, roll back bar, leg springs and arm springs. Cadillac Pilates Workouts builds control and deepens flexibility while strengthening the core. (55 min)

RESTORATIVE PLATE STRENGTH
Restorative Plate Strength is a uniquely designed class for the beginner to the seasoned athlete as well as anyone in recovering mode or rehabilitating an injury, making this the ideal class for everyone! Our program is an excellent addition to any and all exercise regimes. The class dynamics focus on warming up the body through a series of postures on a vibrating platform, an abdominal sequence for strengthening the entire core then a cool down period. The assist of Whole Body Vibration while stretching allows the muscular structure to open up while receiving a relaxing massage. This slower based class will give you the benefits of strengthening, stretching and a massaging which creates an overall refreshed and rejuvenated self, in both mind and body. (30 min)
